Joined G.R. Murray, in 2004, after 13 years with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, during his tenure with Horizon he was an Account Manager, Service Manger, Service Audit Manager and a Quality/Training Analyst. He is an experienced healthcare professional with expertise in: Operations, Account Management, Administration, Quality Assurance, Insurance Reimbursement and Service Education - Bachelors of Science, University of South Carolina.
Michael R. Seely - Vice President
Joined G.R. Murray, in 1997, after 3 years with The Guardian Life Insurance Company, where he served as a field representative. He is a 3rd generation to select insurance sales and service as a career. He applies the same dedication to his client base as The Seely Agency adapted over 60 years ago, and G.R. Murray, a division of O'Gorman & Young, for over 100 years. He is a graduate of Lynchburg College, with a degree in Managerial Economics, and well versed in all aspects of group insurance, holding licenses in both Health and Life.
Ronald Wendroff - Director of Underwriting
Joined G.R. Murray in 2005, and holds insurance licenses in both Health and Life. Before joining the G.R. Murray Team he worked for Prudential Healthcare and Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey. During his employment with Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey he worked as a Financial Underwriter for both new and existing business.
Sara Vessichelli - Assistant Support / Employee Benefits Customer Service
Joined G.R. Murray in early 2004. Sara currently holds insurance licenses in both Health and Life. Previously, she held positions in Customer Service for both New England Financial and Unum Provident, where she gained extensive knowledge in Group Insurance and Employee Benefits. She is a graduate of William Paterson University and has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix on-line program.
Rita Mitchell - Assistant Support / Employee Benefits Customer Service
Joined G.R. Murray in 2005 and holds insurance licenses in both Health and Life, as well as her HIA designation from the Health Insurance Association of America. Rita came to G.R. Murray after working with General American Life Insurance and Great West Healthcare for many years as a Senior Account Representative.
Linda Orlando - Assistant Support / Employee Benefits Customer Service
Joined G.R. Murray in 2002 and holds insurance licenses in both Health and Life. Before assuming her duties as CSR in the Employee Benefits Division, she held positions in both Business Training and Accounts Receivable. Due to her background, she understands the need to provide quick and reliable answers to your questions and concerns with employee benefit plans.

Implementation:
- Provide an implementation schedule outlining deadlines for G.R. Murray, the carrier and the employer
- Organize meeting to present new coverage options or plan changes. This includes preparation of plan comparisons and enrollment materials.
- Assist employees in filling out the applications to assure timely implementation
- Obtain from the carrier: Group numbers, benefits books and enrollment information
- Proof and delivery of ID cards
- Provide COBRA administration software
Claim Assistance Statement:
- You must first review your policy to be certain that the service in question is covered. Any questions that you may have can be discussed with your Benefits Administrator.
- Confirm Claim Information: group number, policy number, service date, diagnosis code, procedure code, patient name and amount charged.
- Find out who sends in your claim. If you are responsible, send it in as soon as your receive your bill. Make a copy of your claim and record date mailed and address to which it was mailed.
- Allow time for claim processing. Your carrier will notify you with the results of your claim.
- Claim Appeal: If your are in disagreement with the result of your claim you may contact your carrier using the number listed on the back of your membership card or written on your Explanation of Benefits. You may request additional information or further review of your claim. Formal complaints should be made in writing being sure to include your name, address, ZIP code, daytime phone number, policy number, and any additional information that you have supporting your claim. Make a copy of all documents before mailing.
- The Health Benefits Department at G.R. Murray will assist you with the rejected claims, after you have tried to resolve them yourself. Please use the Claim Assistance Form located on this website and fax to 609-925-9505.
